At Kids & Adult Dental Center we like to guarantee a quality experience. Here are a few things that are important to note regarding your first visit. Your first appointment is scheduled for an hour. We schedule it an hour for a few reasons: We have to complete a FMX (18- rays of your entire mouth) as well as a panoramic x-ray of your teeth. At this visit you will also have an opportunity to meet the doctor and discuss your questions and concerns. During your comprehensive exam the doctor and patient coordinators will go into depth over any treatment needed. At this appointment we will also diagnose a cleaning, which in most cases can be accommodated on the same day.Â
MAKE SURE
Make sure you bring your ID and insurance card. You will not be able to be seen without your ID. If you didn't do your forms online, you can print them out and bring them to your appointment. No printer? No problem! We also have the forms for you to fill out in the office as well.Â
